The project included conversion of the old beer factory into a regional library. The facilities included meeting room, video libraries, computer rooms, newspaper library, common areas (lobby, bathrooms, etc.). The surface above the ground was 7,600 m2 and below the ground, 2,900 m2.

Activities carried out within the project included:

Revision of the project (Preliminary and Detailed Design) and Control of the Execution of the works for general buildings and facilities;
Preparation of Tender Documents for contracting (similar to FIDIC Red Book) and support in the evaluation process for works contract;
Supervision of projects and works for the architecture and structures plans;
Construction system studies and purchace management;
Documentation for planning and building permissions, liaison with building authorities;
Surveillance and control in the fulfilment of safety and health restrictions.
