The project consisted of the construction of a 4 star hotel for the TRYP-Sol Melia hotel chain. It has 205 rooms distributed on four floors. Among many services this hotel offers, it is important to mention a panoramic elevator, business center, meeting halls, fitness rooms, boutiques, bars, cafes, and a parking place.

Activities conducted within the project included:
