The project consisted of redesign of an old military goverment building in Ferrol to a Caixa Galicial Foundation Building.

This object consisted of one binoculars part, perforated with a big rectangular patio in its interior, which forms the "heart" of the building.

Activities conducted within the project included:

• Technical Assistance;
• Control of the execution;
• Control of the materials.
