The project included construction of a building with a public square nearby. The works included a design of a big public space of 6,000m2. The building was set up for administrative use and it is situated next to the big municipal market and a parking place. The dimensions of the building are 46 x 31m.

Activities within the project included:

• Technical Assistance;
• Control of the execution;
• Control of the materials.
