The overall objective of the project is to improve the environmental infrastructure for S.C. APAVITAL S.A. Iasi. The specific objective is to supervise the design and the construction works for two works contracts: The rehabilitation of Iasi WWTP works contract and the rehabilitation of the Chirita WTP works contract.

Types of services provided include:

Supervising the construction works according to FIDIC Condition of Contracts, Yellow Book 1999;
Project management (design review and approval, quality control, works measurements and interim certificates, endorsement of Contractor's invoices, follow up of the Contractor's working programme, monitoring of work progress and cash-flow, environment and safety, etc.);
Preparing reports according with the ToR requirements;
Finalising the works: final inspection of works;
Defects notification period: peroposal for a periodic inspection programme;
Final reception of works.
