The main purpose of the project is the improvement of economic, social and political participation of the most disadvantaged population and the preparation for the future sector evolution towards the linkage to vocational education & employment development sector.

Activities within the project include:

Supporting the implementation of a Sector Policy Support Programme in the education sector;
Monitoring Literacy and Adult Education Strategy in Morocco;
Adapting the logical project framework to the needs of the beneficiaries;
Improving stakeholders capacity to implement the sector policy at central and regional level; and
Improving understanding of the educational policy impact in the scheme of decentralisation.
