Project Description:
The main objectives of the project were to assist the World Bank supervision in the review of the safety conditions of the Radoniqi Dam and its associated structures, and confirm whether these are what were required during the appraisal of the ongoing Project.
The project also included the operation and maintenance provisions for the Dam and whether these are properly organised and carried out by the authorities and to identify additional actions/investments needed to guarantee the safety of the Dam. The project included provision of instrumentation plan, operation and maintenance plan, as well as emergency preparedness plan.
